2009 Region II SNMA Pre-Medical Forum Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest and participation in the 2009 Region II SNMA Pre-Medical Forum Recruitment Fair. Exhibitor on-line registration closes on Friday, February 27, 2009.

Exhibitor registration can be completed online using this form and paying through PayPal (or with a credit/check/debit card) or by downloading our Exhibitor Registration Form and sending it to us by e-mail at premedconf2009@gmail.com.

Please do not register online if you are unable to issue payment by way of PayPal, i.e. via credit card, debit card, or PayPal submitted check.
